Kotipizza challenged Truly Agency to develop and validate a growth formula for their newly adopted and exclusive coffee concept, Seattle’s Best Coffee.

We conducted an agile and cost effective concept testing phase in just a few key restaurants, testing and validating activities throughout the entire customer journey, continuously following the effect on sales. The validated concept was then prepped for scaling throughout the national restaurant chain.
